Wealthsimple Technologies Inc. and its affiliates (together, “Wealthsimple”), have entered into a referral arrangement with Apple Inc. (“Apple”), whereby Wealthsimple will promote the Apple Music trial offer (the “Trial”) offered by Apple. In return, Apple will pay a referral marketing fee per eligible referral. The referral disclosure is provided to the clients at the time the referral advertisement is shown to the client before the clients click on the link to sign up for the Trial. By signing up for the Trial through Wealthsimple, the Client understands that Wealthsimple may receive compensation in the form of a referral marketing fee of up to $27. The possibility of a conflict of interest may arise in any paid referral arrangement. In this case, Wealthsimple is receiving a referral fee based on referring you to Apple and their Trial and this payment may have impacted the decision to refer you. However, Wealthsimple are not aware of any actual or potential conflict of interest as a result of the referral. The participation and/or subsequent use of the Trial will not affect the functionality or offers from Wealthsimple.
